何台かのSCSI ディスクで構成しているLVM、調子が悪そうなのを外して再構成しようとしたらエラー。（LVM 内のデータはいらないデータなので unount しただけ。）
そうだよなぁ。LV（Logical Volume）削除してないもんなぁ。

こんな感じでエラー。

pv（Physical Volume） がないと言っています。そうですね外しましたので…。
vg 内の pv がないので vg を認識しない。

vg（Volume Group）を見てみる。

pv は1つだけ認識している。残した方だけ認識している。

vg を削除する。

削除しようと試みるも『Volume group "VolGroup00" not found or inconsistent.（見つからない or 不整合）』
『vgreduce --removemissing』せよと言ってます。

削除出来た。

※ あとで調べたら。
# vgreduce --removemissing --test VolGroup00
として、uuid が間違いないかどうか確認してからのほうが間違いがない。

その後は vg が接続されている pv だけで構成されるので、lvcreate して fdisk して mk2fs して mount すると使えるようになる。
